What was accomplished in the previous three months:Ġ8/05: ARC submitted a Final OU-2 Pit Lake Surface Water Construction Screening Assessment. There will be ongoing construction at the ACMS associated with regrading and capping of the OU-8 Arimetco Heap Leach Pads (HLPs) in accordance with the ROD 1/1A remedy. This is a major deliverable that requires a 45-day stakeholder review and comment period. This draft report will contain the results of potential human health and ecological risk characterizations associated with this OU.
